Bio

LTR Unlimited is operated by La Toya T. Robinson, known to many as MsToyaTiffany. LaToya  is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Boston Theater Arts Program. Her work lies at the intersection of art, education and mental health. Therefore, she is working to complete her Masters in Drama Therapy at Lesley University. 

Born and raised in Boston, Ma, LaToya, is first and foremost, a fan of the arts; with a passion for learning. Her affection for music, theater and education has led her down many roads; from the radio to the stage.  The three words to describe her best are poet, educator and performer. LaToya has self-published two volumes of poetry; The Essence of My Totality – Volume One and Volume Two – The Writer’s Edition. She has directed children’s theater productions, such as The Wiz, Freedom Riders and Much Ado About Nothing. She has been heard on-air and performed on stage with theater companies including The Winthrop Playmakers, Alight Theater Guild, and the Oscar Micheaux Family Theater Company. 

As an educator, LaToya is currently the Program Director for The Boston City Lights Writing program’s Theater Arts branch, Stage Stories. She is extremely proud of the direct engagement she has working with youth in her various professional roles.She has a passion for working with young people, promoting education and healthy lifestyle choices. LaToya strives to instill advocacy skills and positive self expression in young people from underrepresented communities. LaToya has engaged in this work, collaboratively, teaching and creating youth programs, and  building theater curricula with organizations as Boston Public Schools, Boston Centers for Youth and Families, Boston Shakespeare Project, and The Boch Center. LaToya believes poetry and theater combined are the perfect tool for youth expression. As well as the perfect tool to create conversations needed for healing in the community.
